Making outbound calls to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows. Reaching out to recent vehicle buyers to promote and schedule their first service visit. Educating customers on their service options and guiding them toward the best fit. Working with service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience. Keeping accurate records and generating daily reports on calls, appointments, and follow-ups. What We’re Looking For: Experience in customer service or sales—automotive background is a plus! A friendly, professional phone manner with top-notch communication skills. Comfort using CRM tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented and organized—able to juggle tasks and meet deadlines. A proactive, customer-first attitude with strong follow-through. Work Environment: This is an on-site position within the Service BDC (Business Development Center). Occasional schedule flexibility may be needed during busy periods. You’ll work closely with a supportive team of service professionals.
