About The Position

Choice Property Resources is a well-established, business-to-business professional services firm in growth mode, seeking an accomplished individual for a salesperson role. This position involves working with established clients and building relationships with community managers to offer services to association boards. The ideal candidate has prior success selling services and/or contracts to groups during a one-to-three-month sales cycle against an established vendor, and is comfortable selling to prospects who have not previously purchased such services. The role requires a highly motivated, self-starter who can work remotely without supervision, while also collaborating with a driven and supportive team. Essential qualities include good judgment, professional maturity, assertiveness, confidence, a trainable and coachable attitude, intuitive understanding of technology, and strong analytical skills. While experience in multifamily, real estate development, telecommunications, construction, property management, contract negotiation, professional services, or consultative selling is a plus, it is not required. The role is fully remote but requires residence within 25 miles of Cincinnati, OH / Northern Kentucky, with regular travel and occasional trips to additional markets within 200 miles, including evening meetings and occasional overnight trips. A dedicated, distraction-free home workspace is mandatory. Requirements

  • Prior success selling services and/or contracts to groups during a one-to-three-month sales cycle against an established vendor.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills needed to close a sale in one or two meetings with groups of decision makers.
  • Comfortable selling against no-decision to prospects who have never purchased the services you provide.
  • Highly motivated, a self-starter and able to work remotely, without supervision, while also being part of a driven and supportive team.
  • Possess good judgment and professional maturity.
  • Assertive and confident.
  • Plenty of sales experience.
  • Trainable and coachable, and always working to improve.
  • Intuitively understand and use technology.
  • Possess good analytical skills.
  • Must live within 25 miles of Cincinnati, OH / Northern Kentucky.
  • Possess the ability to regularly travel, with occasional trips to additional markets within 200 miles, including evening meetings and occasional overnight trips.
  • Have (or can set up) a dedicated workspace at home, free from distractions and background noise.
  • Strong Figure It Out Factor.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with prospects, clients and Choice colleagues.
  • Can effectively manage a large pipeline.

  • If needed due to cellular coverage issues: Residential grade landline phone for work calls.
  • High Speed Internet Connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with multifamily, real estate development, telecommunications, construction, property management, contract negotiation, professional services, or consultative selling.
  • Experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Community Managers and schedule meetings with boards of homeowner associations and condominium associations.
  • Attend board meetings to present Choice’s services and vendor proposals.
  • Coordinate with the Contract Management department to identify opportunities and track renewals of vendor contracts.
  • Follow an established sales methodology and sales process to close opportunities and report on your sales pipeline when meeting with prospects.
  • Work with the administrative support team to prepare documents in advance of meetings with association boards.
  • Successfully manage the process for renewing Choice’s agency agreements with management company clients.
  • Travel 15-25% of the time, working from your home office the remainder of the time.
