Choice Property Resources is a well-established, business-to-business professional services firm in growth mode, seeking an accomplished individual for a salesperson role. This position involves working with established clients and building relationships with community managers to offer services to association boards. The ideal candidate has prior success selling services and/or contracts to groups during a one-to-three-month sales cycle against an established vendor, and is comfortable selling to prospects who have not previously purchased such services. The role requires a highly motivated, self-starter who can work remotely without supervision, while also collaborating with a driven and supportive team. Essential qualities include good judgment, professional maturity, assertiveness, confidence, a trainable and coachable attitude, intuitive understanding of technology, and strong analytical skills. While experience in multifamily, real estate development, telecommunications, construction, property management, contract negotiation, professional services, or consultative selling is a plus, it is not required. The role is fully remote but requires residence within 25 miles of Cincinnati, OH / Northern Kentucky, with regular travel and occasional trips to additional markets within 200 miles, including evening meetings and occasional overnight trips. A dedicated, distraction-free home workspace is mandatory.
