The Business Development Representative (BDR) will own early pipeline creation by researching ICP accounts, running targeted outbound, and qualifying inbound to surface high-value ICP opportunities, while partnering with AEs for a clean handoff. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll work cross-functionally with AEs, Field Engineers, and Marketing to run data-driven campaigns, personalize outreach, and kick off value-based customer conversations. This role is positioned as a foundational sales development role, focusing on early-stage engagement and pipeline creation. It requires a strong aptitude for learning technical concepts and a proactive approach to outbound prospecting within the US market.
