JBS Dev is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their sales team. This role is for someone in an SDR/BDR role seeking to build a strong foundation in business development. The BDR will generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound follow-ups, and initial discovery calls. They will collaborate with sales and leadership to identify clients, understand needs, and support solution development. Over time, the BDR will gain more ownership of the sales cycle, including client presentations, deal strategy, and closing. The role involves selling services in strategy and architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence and data science, mobile application development, and visual interface design to clients across various industries like SaaS, retail, e-commerce, financial services, education, non-profit, and healthcare. This position is suited for individuals comfortable in a structured, metrics-driven environment with clear expectations for outbound activity, meeting generation, and pipeline contribution. It is a full-time, 100% remote position, requiring candidates to reside in and be authorized to work in the US.
