As a BDR, you’ll often be the first point of contact for potential customers, setting the tone for their experience with Waites. You’ll be responsible for scheduling meetings for our Enterprise Account Executives, qualifying sales leads from target lists and marketing campaigns, initiating and supporting email outreach efforts to engage prospects, and assisting with operational tasks to keep the sales process running smoothly. That means we’re looking for someone who’s confident, personable, and comfortable overcoming early objections to secure the next conversation.
