About The Position

This is a hybrid remote role. The ideal candidate will be in office 2 days a week. A Business Development Representative will thrive in a flexible and diverse environment and accelerate the success we are achieving. A Business Development Representative is responsible for initiating new outbound sales opportunities, focused on making first contact, generating interest and qualifying leads by inspiring their ability to use aerial imaging to make their work processes more efficient and effective.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of prior lead generation / business development / inside sales / account management.
  • Successful quota or KPI/KSO attainment with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured, disciplined sales environment.
  • Experience hunting and prospecting new business opportunities.
  • Previous experience making high volume outbound calls.
  • Sales experience in SaaS- renewals or subscription sales model, experience using Salesforce.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Positive and energetic.

Responsibilities

  • Proficient in identifying key decision makers in prospect organizations to find additional sales opportunities.
  • Map key stakeholders, technical requirements, and business process on all deals.
  • High volume prospecting of new business opportunities utilizing cold calling, digital and online prospecting techniques, including Account Based Marketing tactics.
  • Demonstrate results in solutions-based selling process and handling common objections with ease.
  • Drive additional revenue opportunities by applying incremental programs or projects initiated by sales management.
  • Set appointments for qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative for closing.
  • Manage a database of leads in Salesforce.
  • Ensure critical data points are enriched for analysis of mid-market and strategic account management performance (annual revenue, total employees, SIC code and description).
  • Efficiently process all opportunities, tracking, reporting, and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and the corporate Code of Conduct.
  • Act in an ethical way when dealing with company assets and other people.
