As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role on our sales team by managing inbound inquiries, while executing high-volume outbound prospecting efforts. This role is ideal for someone with proven BDR or inside sales experience who is motivated to build, refine, and grow within the BDR function long-term. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-activity environment, enjoys the fundamentals of pipeline generation, and takes pride in consistently creating qualified opportunities. If you bring a strong work ethic, resilience, and a passion for sales, along with an interest in the cannabis industry, you’ll be a great fit. Salary / Job Environment $50,000 – $65,000 USD, plus additional variable compensation. This is a full-time hybrid position, with a minimum two days per week in office. Initial training will be conducted in-office.
