About The Position

As a full-time Business Development Representative at SIXT, you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic corporate sales operations, accelerating growth by opening doors and building long-term partnerships. You’ll focus on outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and creating qualified sales opportunities that drive revenue. Requirements

  • You have 1.5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles preferably selling into corporate travel, fleet management, or related industries
  • You have a high school degree and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • You are comfortable with technology and sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement platforms)
  • You demonstrate exceptional communication skills, are self-motivated, competitive, and excel at engaging executives
  • You consistently meet or exceed targets and are hungry to grow your sales career
  • You are able to work from our Fort Lauderdale office at least 4 days per week and support local events as needed

Responsibilities

  • You support the Corporate Sales team by generating and qualifying new business opportunities by researching and identifying key decision makers within those companies
  • You manage targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to engage priority corporate accounts
  • You liaise with decision-makers across multiple industries to understand their mobility needs
  • You maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and accurate Salesforce data
  • You receive and schedule meetings for Account Executives that lead to closed business
  • You assist at corporate events, trade shows, and field marketing initiatives to generate leads
