What you’ll do at Jamf: At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying and nurturing marketing-sourced leads to accelerate Jamf’s sales pipeline. Acting as the first human touchpoint for prospective customers, you will engage leads from inbound sources such as website, chat, email, phone, campaigns and eCommerce, guiding them through discovery to assess fit, readiness and interest. By cultivating relationships, qualifying intent and delivering a smooth handoff to the sales organization, you ensure an efficient, high-quality lead-to-opportunity process. In this role, you also serve as a brand ambassador, providing extraordinary service and representing Jamf’s culture and vision to every prospect you engage. This is a hybrid position available to individuals residing in the Minneapolis, MN, metro area. While the role is primarily hybrid, you may be asked to work occasionally from the Jamf office or a local collaborative workspace alongside other Jamf team members for key events or important in-person engagements.
