About The Position

This is not a cold-start role; the successful candidate will inherit an existing book of business with warm referral sources and active accounts already in place. The role involves representing two service lines, restoration and plumbing, which provides expanded opportunities in the relationship-driven Acadiana market where the company has an established name. The position requires taking over an existing portfolio from an outgoing sales representative, maintaining current accounts and referral sources, opening new doors, and representing the company well to various clients from homeowners to commercial property managers.

Requirements

  • A track record in B2B or residential sales.
  • Someone who builds relationships people actually want to maintain.
  • Able to manage your own schedule and hold yourself accountable without being micromanaged.
  • Comfortable with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Professional and personable in any room, whether that's a homeowner's kitchen or a commercial property manager's office.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in restoration, construction, or the trades is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and growing an existing portfolio of referral sources and active accounts
  • Building new relationships with property managers, facility managers, real estate agents, and homeowners
  • Representing Restoration Pros and our 1-Tom-Plumber division at networking events and in the field
  • Keeping CRM's current, including calls, meetings, and new contacts logged consistently
  • Working directly with ownership and our Managers on territory and strategy
  • Bringing back what you're hearing in the field so we can keep improving
