About The Position

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Growth Marketing team. This role is critical in driving MarketTime’s expansion into new vertical markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and opening doors for our sales team.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in business development, sales, or marketing (Wholesale,B2B,SaaS experience preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to research and understand new industries quickly.
  • Familiarity withHubspot.
  • Mindset: Self-starter, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Prospecting
  • Identifyand analyze potential vertical markets forMarketTime’sorder writing softwareplatform and payment solutions.
  • Build andmaintaina robust pipeline of qualified leads through research, outbound outreach, and networking.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification
  • Engage with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn,tradeshowsand other channels to introduceMarketTime’ssolutions.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, decision-making authority, and readiness to engage.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with Growth Marketing to develop targeted campaigns andmessaging fornew verticals.
  • Partner with Sales to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Performance Tracking
  • UseHubspotto manage leads, track activities, and report on KPIs.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and campaign effectiveness to inform strategy.
