We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Sales Development Representative who is independent and self-motivated and thrives in an environment where drive and creativity is valued. You will be supported by a team of prospectors, data professionals, and marketers who will provide a stream of target contacts and inbound leads. You will be responsible for outbound activity to create interest, understand prospects’ needs, and develop credibility. Your activity will result in appointments for new business with prospective customers. You will also actively shadow field sales executives to learn the field sales motion. To be successful in this role, you do not need any formal sales experience; you must be resourceful, resilient, outgoing, personable, highly active, and comfortable on the phone. At Alt Legal, we are committed to your personal and professional growth, and this position is part of an informal training program designed to provide the experience and training you need to grow into a field sales role within Alt Legal. As such, you will report directly to the VP of Sales, who will monitor your progress, and provide ongoing coaching and support. Compensation includes a base salary, as well as commission and bonuses related to personal and team performance.
