We believe in creating memorable experiences for our clients, and we are looking for a passionate Business Development Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in providing a customer experience that exceeds expectations. For this role, automotive experience is encouraged, but not required. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships with current and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering a 5-star customer experience. You will be a key player in driving growth, fostering loyalty, and exceeding the expectations of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve outbound activity performance metrics to create more appointments.
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Log all customer comments into Dealership Management System.
  • Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made in Dealership Management System.
  • Confirm scheduled appointments with future customers.
  • Re-schedule “no-show” customer appointments.
  • Follow-up with sales or service department to determine if the appointment was kept and what the outcome was.
  • Schedule future contact as needed.
  • Maintain and update customer changes in database.
  • Respond to customer website requests (internet inquiries).
  • Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set.
  • Forward any customer concerns to the correct department Manager and follow-up.
  • Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
  • Complies with Company policies and procedures.
  • Engages in business development.
  • Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
  • Continuously improves through feedback.
