We are looking for a Business Development Representative to support pipeline growth through timely lead engagement, targeted outreach, and consistent top-of-funnel execution. Role Overview The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating pipeline through rapid inbound follow-up, targeted outbound outreach, and early-stage qualification. This role plays a critical part in ensuring strong lead response, broad market coverage, and consistent engagement with prospective customers. This is a hands-on, early-career role designed for a motivated, coachable professional who is interested in building a long-term career in sales. This role supports the growth of the business development function and helps establish the activity discipline and responsiveness needed to support scalable pipeline generation.
