The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities and setting qualified meetings for Sales Representatives. This role focuses on outbound and inbound prospect engagement, early stage qualification, and consistent pipeline creation in support of revenue growth, stage qualification, and consistent pipeline creation in support of revenue growth. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a BDR or SDR role, is a strong communicator, and has a proven track record of successfully booking meetings for sales teams, preferably within a technology or Microsoft partner environment.
