About The Position

The Business Development Representative (BDR) at ENG is tasked with driving initial engagement with prospective clients, creating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. The primary goal is to help expand ENG’s footprint by reaching out to targeted companies and securing meetings for the sales team. By developing relationships with key contacts, the BDR plays a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing them for future growth.

Requirements

  • Advanced/ near native English Communication skills
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly SalesForce, is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
