Townsquare Ignite has launched a specialty division dedicated to In-Home Services, responding to the increasing demand from clients in industries such as HVAC, plumbing, windows, roofing, and general contracting. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in helping these businesses grow through targeted digital marketing strategies, leveraging our Ignite and Interactive solutions. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying and qualifying new prospects in the In-Home Services sector, working closely with Digital Solutions Managers to help secure new business. It’s a great opportunity to build industry expertise while developing your prospecting skills, with a clear path to grow into a Digital Solutions Manager position—presenting and closing full-funnel digital solutions for new clients.

  • Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities, including self-generated leads, within the In-Home Services sector
  • KPIs include: 80+ daily dials, 2-3 conversations per day, setting 3+ meetings per week
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, contributing to individual digital sales goals
  • Qualify leads and support pre-sale efforts by researching prospects and preparing strategic outreach
  • Act as a trusted marketing partner by sharing insights and tailored recommendations that align with client goals
  • Leverage an entrepreneurial mindset to identify client challenges and propose simplified, scalable solutions
  • Shadow Digital Solutions Managers during discovery and virtual demo calls to learn sales techniques and industry best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support customized marketing proposals and ensure a seamless pre-sale experience
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, digital platforms, and client verticals to inform outreach and sales strategies
  • 4-year college degree or comparable work experience (required).
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising sales, or business development, preferably within the home services
  • Ability to build relationships with local service providers and understand their unique business needs.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving approach to client challenges.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, SEO, LSA, SEM, and digital performance metrics (preferred).
