American Bolt Corporation, headquartered in New Berlin, WI, is looking for a Business Development Representative for the Chicago, IL metropolitan market , to join our sales team. We have a new opportunity to expand our representation through Chicagoland and are excited to bring on a Business Development Representative with a winning, positive mindset to help us grow this territory. Total compensation for this position is $70,000-$95,000 (base salary plus quarterly bonus eligibility), based on experience and performance. The territory for this position spans across the Chicago metro - south through Newton and Jasper counties, east through Porter county, north through DeKalb, Kane, and Cook counties, and west through Grundy and Kendall counties. This representative must live in the territory. American Bolt also offers a profit-sharing bonus for all employees. This role includes cell phone, laptop, and other standard tools to execute the role. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent combination of required education, training, and experience 2+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales and partnership building Prior experience in the Manufacturing or Construction industries is preferred Experience using CRM tools Strong computer skills WORK SCHEDULE This full-time outside sales position is expected to be active in the Chicago metropolitan territory and available for customer needs. This sales position is a remote (home office) position in the Chicago metro area. You must live in the territory. Travel is expected daily within the territory. A small amount of travel to the company headquarters in New Berlin, Wisconsin for initial training, and occasional meetings.
