Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through daily outreach and cold calling
  • Partner with territory representatives to develop strategies and close new business
  • Execute and refine RJ Young’s proven five-step sales process
  • Manage your pipeline, track activities, and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions
  • Lead client meetings, prepare presentations, and close deals with confidence
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills
  • Stay ahead of the curve through ongoing training on products and industry trends
