GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION: The Business Development Representative proactively generates referrals and increased admissions across all levels of care offered by Tatum Psychology Employment Group, including outpatient, inpatient, and specialty programs. The BDR will establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, referral sources, and other stakeholders. This role conducts targeted outreach and educational initiatives to raise awareness about the services TPEG provides. The BDR is expected to consistently meet or exceed established outreach goals and census targets by identifying new referral opportunities, maintaining a regular presence within the community, and presenting the value and effectiveness of TPEG care programs, through coordinating and attending networking events, delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions process and optimal patient placement.
