We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage incoming sales and service inquiries, assist customers in a professional manner, and support the Sales and Service departments with administrative tasks.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Professional and dependable work attitude
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office
Professional appearance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred
Knowledge of automotive industry and dealership software such as Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors courteously
Receive and process sales inquiries, showroom requests, service appointments, and internet queries
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments and sales leads
Coordinate customer questions and concerns with appropriate departments
Track sold vehicles and inventory reports
Confirm special order parts and maintain accurate records
Prepare necessary paperwork, forms, and reports as required
Provide administrative support to Sales and Service teams
Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations
