Allphase is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to build and maintain strong partnerships with key referral sources throughout our market. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, personable, and confident in creating strong first impressions, following up consistently, and building long-term business relationships. In this position, you will manage a designated group of referral partners, generate leads, and support the sales pipeline through strategic account development. You will use a mix of in-person networking, email outreach, social media engagement, newsletters, educational initiatives, and other sales and marketing efforts to grow Allphase’s network and strengthen our position as the preferred service provider when disaster strikes.
