The Role As a Business Development Representative (BDR) – US Mid-Market, you will play a critical role in accelerating Rydoo’s expansion in the United States. You will be responsible for building a qualified pipeline within mid-market accounts (500–2,000 employees) through strategic outbound prospecting and targeted account engagement. You will partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to execute territory and account-based strategies that generate high-quality sales opportunities. This is a quota-carrying role with direct impact on revenue growth. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (SDR/BDR or outbound-focused role preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed pipeline generation quotas
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills with high activity discipline
  • Familiarity with account-based prospecting and structured qualification methodologies
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Growth-oriented mindset with resilience and coachability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+ level)
  • Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment
  • Team-oriented and collaborative

  • Experience targeting mid-market accounts in the US is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a consistent outbound pipeline targeting US mid-market organizations
  • Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies (cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach, and account-based tactics)
  • Identify and engage decision-makers in Finance, Accounting, and Operations
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges related to expense management, compliance, and spend visibility
  • Qualify opportunities using structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC frameworks as applicable)
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to align on territory planning and account penetration strategies
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and activity tracking
  • Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing dynamics, and buyer behavior
