The Role As a Business Development Representative – US Enterprise, you will be a key driver of Rydoo’s expansion in the United States. You will focus on high-value enterprise accounts (2,000+ employees), building and managing a robust pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, executive engagement, and account-based outreach. This is a quota-carrying role where your efforts will directly impact revenue growth and market penetration. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute enterprise-focused strategies and maximize opportunity conversion.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in SDR/BDR or outbound-focused roles targeting enterprise or large mid-market accounts
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed pipeline and activity targets
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills with discipline and persistence
  • Experience engaging enterprise-level decision-makers and navigating complex organizational structures
  • Familiarity with account-based prospecting, structured qualification frameworks, and multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Growth-oriented mindset with resilience, coachability, and drive to succeed in a performance-driven environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+)
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and customer-centric

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-value outbound pipeline targeting enterprise organizations (2,000+ employees) in the US
  • Execute multi-channel, account-based prospecting strategies (cold calling, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and executive networking)
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers in Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Procurement
  • Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to understand organizational challenges, compliance needs, and spend management gaps
  • Qualify and prioritize opportunities using structured enterprise qualification methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC)
  • Partner with Account Executives to align territory strategies and coordinate multi-touch account penetration
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records and activity logs
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and buyer behavior for enterprise accounts
