Requirements
- Communication—express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization
- Leadership orientation—comfortable leading a group project or team by taking charge and offering opinions and direction to others at all levels of an organization
- Resilience—able to cope with rejection and persist on a task or project despite challenges or setbacks
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Help to establish the market brand by using sales strategies to achieve budgeted sales goals
- Maintain relationships with clients and respond to their needs to keep a positive client account
- Prepare marketing and sales reports and develop new strategies to uncover new market growth
- Manage a sales networking plan and develop new client relationships through targeted social media marketing campaigns
- Call on new clients and set up demo meetings and sales presentations
- Assist in analyzing inventory using the order-entry device system
- Work closely with the marketing team and account managers to deliver the best options
- Attend trade shows and networking events when necessary to develop new leads
- Responsible for proper pricing on invoices of current and new clients
- Assist the Sales Manager in the development of customer's category management projects
