About The Position

Bolt On Technology is the leader in customer engagement and loyalty software for the automotive repair and maintenance industry. Our software helps shop owners engage, communicate, share, transact, and embrace their customers. Through integrations with the top shop management systems, we streamline the shop process, enhance productivity, and keep vehicle owners coming back again and again. We are searching for a Business Development Representative who is passionate about working with a growing SaaS company and committed to exceeding personal and team sales targets. In this position, you will play an integral role in our sales process by finding and developing prospective new business customers. You will work closely with a Sales Consultant to win these new customers. Requirements

  • Prior success in making 100+ outbound calls per day
  • Strong verbal communication skills and phone presence
  • Resilient, coachable, and motivated by goals and metrics
  • Ability to stay focused and productive in a high-activity role
  • Comfort working with SaaS products, CRM tools and other sales technologies.
  • Ability to commute into the Tampa office 2 days each week (Tuesday & Wednesday).

Nice To Haves

  • BDR/SDR or call-heavy sales experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound calling (cold and warm) to prospective customers daily
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call activity targets
  • Engage decision-makers, uncover pain points, and clearly articulate our value proposition
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales-ready meetings
  • Accurately log all activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Consultants to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Continuously refine talk tracks, objection handling, and call strategies through coaching and feedback
