Business Development Representative Business Development Representatives help to grow our client and partner portfolio. They seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers, securing and supporting calls for our sales leads, and nurturing prospects with purposeful persistence from first call to deal close. An effective Business Development Representative: Is self-motivated and results-driven Is a strong communicator Crafts compelling, thoughtful outreach informed by research Prioritizes sales outreach and effectively nurtures pipeline Collaborates with sales leadership and internal SMEs throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or equivalent client-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven background in B2B (Business-to-Business) sales, ideally targeting the software or technology services industry.
  • Prior experience with high-volume outbound prospecting (e.g., 75+ emails/messages per day).
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly pipeline generation quotas.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing and tracking all sales activities and pipeline progress.
  • Demonstrated experience using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo (or similar data providers) for lead generation and account mapping.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) for executing sequenced, multi-channel outreach.
  • Strong ability to leverage research and business intelligence to create highly personalized outreach messages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical sales experience.
