About The Position

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong rapport-building abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address customer challenges effectively.
  • Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and SaaS tools.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Experience giving online demos and interacting with diverse clients across industries.

Responsibilities

  • Drive inbound sales growth and identify new leads through email, phone, and other inbound channels.
  • Conduct online product demos to showcase solution benefits and features effectively.
  • Prepare email sequences, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and maintain professional correspondence.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing outstanding service and support.
  • Create and negotiate offers, ensuring successful deal closures and upsell opportunities.
  • A/B test outreach approaches to optimize conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategies and customer needs.
