We’re looking for a Client Relations Manager who thrives in the field, building relationships, walking properties, identifying client needs, and closing deals. You’ll be the connection between our valued customers and our service teams, ensuring satisfaction from first contact through long-term partnership.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Maintaining a book of business
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Active driver license and a clean driving record.
  • Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and people skills and is self-motivated to win.
  • Applicants must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen before hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Service Fusion is a plus.
  • Experience with providing estimates for customers
  • Asphalt and pressure washing quoting experience a plus
  • Experience in the property management/maintenance fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and present services tailored to individual customer needs
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication
  • Resolve client concerns post-sale, ensuring long-term satisfaction
  • Keep existing and former clients informed about service updates and new offerings
  • Identify new sales leads through networking, referrals, and outbound efforts
  • Visit and walk commercial properties to assess needs and opportunities
  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and account status
  • Provide periodic sales forecasts for your assigned territory
  • Exercise sound judgment in business and customer service decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Represent Carolina Sweepers as a knowledgeable and trusted brand ambassador
  • Care of company vehicle
