As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at VirtuAlly, you’ll be the first point of contact in our sales process, responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities. You'll play a key role in growing our pipeline by identifying and engaging healthcare decision-makers at hospitals and health systems who are ready for modern staffing solutions. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, curious, and coachable professional looking to advance their career in a high-impact, mission-driven environment. This is a remote role with flexibility in location. To best support our sales operations, candidates are preferred to be based in the Central or Mountain Time Zones , with a preference for Dallas, Denver, Nashville, or Kansas City .
