About The Position

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Representative to support our sales team by generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and coordinating outreach efforts. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind our business development pipeline—building relationships, researching target accounts, and ensuring a seamless connection between prospects and our Client Partners and Sales Executives. Requirements

  • Bring 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities with a detail-oriented approach
  • Build rapport quickly and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Learn CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and maintain accurate data
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite and Teams to support day-to-day activities
  • Adapt to evolving processes and proactively suggest improvements
  • Handle information confidentially and professionally
  • Stay organized and meet performance targets consistently
  • Show initiative, enthusiasm, and a team-first attitude

Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential clients through strategic research, networking, and outreach
  • Engaging with prospects to understand their needs and assess alignment with our offerings
  • Qualifying leads based on business fit and readiness
  • Conducting thorough account research to gather insights and support outreach
  • Building strong relationships with internal sales leaders (Client Partners and Sales Executives)
  • Scheduling meetings between qualified leads and the sales team
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and supporting CRM data integrity
  • Assisting with Teams meeting logistics and prep materials for sales discussions
  • Supporting sales process improvements and standard operating procedures
  • Preparing regular reports on lead activity, pipeline progression, and performance metrics
  • Collecting and analyzing data to support operational dashboards and decision-making
  • Participating in Business Intelligence meetings and supporting ad hoc requests
  • Monitoring market and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities
