Compensation: Budgeted between $22.53 and $27.53 hourly dependent upon years of applicable experience. Hybrid: Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. While this position allows remote work, we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our locations to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com (or equivalent CRM) and Microsoft Office.
  • Active experience in creative lead generation and prospecting based on target client lists.
  • One year outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding activity metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize with your Account Executives to identify strategies to target key accounts within their territories to uncover new opportunities.
  • Develop and generate Sales Qualified Leads by following up on marketing-generated leads and inbound requests.
  • Develop and generate Sales Qualified Leads by outbound account-based targeting through cold-calling, emailing and other forms of digital prospecting.
  • Learn how to have value-based discussions with prospects.
  • Identify decision-makers amongst target accounts and challenge yourself to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics, forecasts, meetings and call objectives.
  • Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce.com and SalesLoft to track daily and weekly sales activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
