As a Business Development Representative , you’ll build trusted relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners while expanding access to personalized, comprehensive care. This role is ideal for a relationship‑driven professional who enjoys community outreach, collaboration with clinical and admissions teams, and representing high‑quality behavioral health services. This position requires approximately 80% travel throughout the Lakeshore, Kalamazoo, and Grand Rapids areas.
