Requirements

  • Previous sales experience with a strong history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Build High-Value Referral Relationships
  • Educate and convert leads through Downsize Allies' exclusive programs
  • Guide clients and their families through the sale of their home to receive top value with minimal stress
  • Create customized downsizing solutions through our financing services, contracting services, and moving coordination
  • Convert leads into real estate transactions
  • Conduct consultations, home evaluations, and replacement home options to best serve clients
  • Hit realistic but aggressive revenue and transaction goals
