Hoopla delivers performance visibility across TV screens, desktops, and mobile devices for workforces in the office, remote, or hybrid settings. The company is building a high-performing sales team and is looking for driven, career growth and commission-motivated individuals to help expand their outbound pipeline. There is a guaranteed promotion to an Account Executive role with 4 months of hitting quota in a row. As an Outbound BDR, the role is responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach. This involves identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects via cold calls, emails, and social channels, and partnering closely with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline.
