The Business Development Representative identifies and negotiates strategic relationships with current customers and develops new business relationships. On a daily basis, the Business Development Representative prospects for potential new clients within our target market: Pool & Spa Retailers, Pool Builders, Pool & Spa Maintenance firms. This role involves cold calling, following up and qualifying sales leads, making professional presentations on products and programs, developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel, identifying client needs, providing quotes and product data as needed by customers, closing sales, and supporting Operations and A/R efforts. The representative works with Sales Center, Regional and Divisional managers to grow the business and completes internal reports and paperwork in a timely fashion.
