About The Position

Verint is currently seeking a talented and energetic individual as a Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a key role on our Americas team. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing, targeting, and making initial contact with customers and prospects. This role is crucial in representing our brand and solutions, directly impacting our growth. You will manage your pipeline through target development, campaign follow-up, new opportunity generation, personalized and creative outreach, and hand-offs to sales after qualification. This position requires collaboration across various functions, coordinating with sales, go-to-market strategies, and the marketing organization. We are looking for a collaborative, ambitious self-starter who has a passion for driving business results. As a BDR, you will build a healthy pipeline through outbound channels, including telephone and email, while also qualifying inbound leads resulting from demand generation programs, web inquiries, referrals, and events. You will discover the customers' and prospects' business initiatives and develop strategies to maximize selling opportunities. Additionally, you will uncover and qualify ideal customer profile prospects, perform account mapping, and acquire contacts to ensure we know the right stakeholders. Once leads are qualified, you will hand them over to our Account Executives. You will also build sales cadences and nurture flows for targets throughout the buying process, maintaining a thorough knowledge of Verint products and technology, as well as industry trends. Your ability to articulate the value of Verint solutions will be essential in building credibility and trust with prospects, customers, and internal and external partners. Regular updates to Salesforce.com with account activity and status will also be part of your responsibilities.
