Our rapidly growing team is in search of an ambitious and energetic Business Development Representative to manage long sales cycles, build upon existing relationships, develop new channels of business and grow our customer base and revenue within the specialty crop sector. This role will be responsible for prospecting customers and bringing in sales leads. The Business Development Representative plays a critical role in the sales cycle and will often be the first contact that a prospective customer has with Bloomfield. This is a full-time, exempt position that reports to our Director of Business Development. Location: This position is based at our Lawrenceville, PA office. We offer a hybrid work model, with the expectation of being in the office 2-3 days per week.
