The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating leads for the Fit For Work sales team. The Business Development Representative will conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and other professional communications. Often, the Business Development Representative will be the first interaction in which a prospective customer will learn about Fit For Work and WorkSTEPS services - making them vital to the success of our organization. This position requires tenacity, resilience, and a 'hunter' mentality. The Business Development Representative must be able to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented culture. While the Business Development Representative focuses on new customers, they will also participate in campaigns with existing Fit For Work and/or WorkSTEPS customers as needed. The goal for this position is to exceed goals and earn promotion to a Business Development Director role. To reach this goal, the Business Development Representative will be coachable and have a drive to win.
