About The Position

Empire Today is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our commercial sales team. We're looking for a highly motivated, self-driven BDR who thrives on the challenge of finding and closing new business opportunities while also fostering strong business relationships with existing clients to keep accounts satisfied and growing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong presentation skills required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
  • P&L experience preferred.
  • Home/Trade Shows experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Sales, Retention, & Revenue Generation
  • Achieve/exceed sales targets.
  • Lead generation.
  • Grow existing business accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Grow B2B client portfolio.
  • Build and retain business relationships.
  • Monitor and address client satisfaction levels.
  • Account Planning & Strategy
  • Develop/execute plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Align account strategies with internal strategies.
  • Analyze accounts consistently.
  • Communication & Collaboration
  • Develop strong rapport with corporate business partners collaborating and agreeing on deliverables.
