About The Position

At Titan Cloud, we are seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our enterprise software solutions by engaging with potential customers and nurturing existing relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success of a portfolio of Titan Cloud's enterprise customers, which includes seamless onboarding, program/project success, retention, and renewal. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience who possess a unique ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including executives, program leads, and IT professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with end-users to achieve sales goals. You will reach out to and qualify leads through outbound calling and social media, while also maintaining and growing existing leads. Conducting customer surveys and developing sales strategies will be essential to your success, as will meeting and exceeding sales quotas. You will prepare commercial and pricing documents promptly and respond to all customer inquiries, promoting the company's products and services effectively. As a self-driven hunter, you will enjoy outbound lead generation and interacting with prospects and customers. You will work closely with Account Executives to generate leads and help drive the progression of the sales pipeline. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms will be crucial, as will your capacity to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others. This role requires a commitment to maintaining regular attendance and complying with organizational policies and procedures.
