About The Position

Vantage Point is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Rehab Field Liason/Admissions Specialist to support chemiscal dependency rehabilitation admissions. This remote position includes field-based travel up to a 250-mile radius to build and maintain referral relationships and support timely admissions. This hybrid role combines field-based referral development with hands-on admissions coordination, serving as a key link between referral sources and internal clinical teams. The ideal candidate will manage referral intake, conduct initial clinical reviews, educate referral partners on program criteria, and coordinate timely admissions while building strong relationships with hospitals, social workers, case managers, and community partners. T he ideal candidate will have a strong background in substance abuse treatment and may be a nurse (RN/LPN/LVN) or therapist . Candidates with direct substance abuse experience will also be strongly considered, even if they do not hold a formal degree. This role functions as a Business Development/Admissions Liaison , responsible for building referral relationships and marketing the program with community partners. The position requires regular travel within a 250-mile radius , covering Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri . Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or a Social Services-related field preferred. Candidates may also be: A Registered Nurse (RN) , with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing as the minimum educational requirement, or A Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) , with successful completion of an LPN/LVN training program as the minimum requirement. For states in which a therapist may act in this role, a Master’s degree in a therapeutic field is preferred. One (1) or more years of experience working with individuals in a clinical or observational capacity within the facility’s specialty area ( substance abuse treatment preferred ) is strongly preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required .
  • Two or more year s’ experience in s a les and/or marke ting .
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related health or social services field preferred .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Social Services Field, may also be an RN registered nurse, in which case, an Associate's degree in nursing may be the minimum educational requirement or a licensed practical or vocational nurse, in which case, successful completion of an LPN or LVN training program may be the minimum requirement. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with hospital discharge planners, social wor kers, case managers, physicians and management, as well as provide education staff to generate referral sources.
  • Develop strong relationships with key referral sources.
  • Identify opportunities for partnering and growth.
  • Manage leads f rom referral sources and ensure efficient admissions process for clients.
  • Increase the number of referral sources within a facility such as with physician, social workers and discharge planners.
  • Coordinate with clinical assessment team on referrals for admission based on the services provided by the facility.
  • Educa te patient s , families, community and other referral sources on programs, services and amenities provided within facility .
  • C oordinate the completion of admission process and ensure appropriate resources are obtained.
  • Travel frequently within community, scheduling meetings and developing contacts/referral sources.
  • Document referral sources within appropriate contact management system.
  • Develop events and educational f orums that demonstrate programs and provide an opportunity to identify potential referral sources.
  • Maintain existing referral relationships.
  • Utilize analytic tools, such as Salesforce, to effectively plan and evaluate activity to optimize results.
  • Represent facility in prof essional forums and communicate mission in all outreach interactions.
  • Create outreach initiatives that will regularly communicate facility mission with referral sources through phone, email, e-blast, written notes, events, networking and other professional activities.
  • Provide the facility or receiving team with appropriate information to facilitate admission when necessary.
