About The Position

This position is focused on inside sales, business development, recruitment, or lead generation. The role involves prospecting, educating, qualifying, and developing Target Accounts to create sales-ready leads and opportunities. The candidate will utilize various tools for discovery, research, and initiation of outbound calling and email campaigns to Target Accounts. Responsibilities include researching executive contact information for target prospects using platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Salesforce, and other related software and services. The role requires generating a high volume of prospect engagement activity by following a defined research, profiling, and prospecting strategy. The candidate will need to communicate product value and marketplace differentiation clearly to various buyer personas and nurture prospects along the buyer's journey, achieving front-end sales KPI quotas to progress prospects from identification to qualification. Additionally, the candidate will counter top-of-the-funnel objections, engage in prospecting and cold calling, and schedule business appointments for sales consultants after qualifying prospects and logging activities in Salesforce. Establishing proactive relationships with internal sales teams is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, inside sales, lead generation or recruitment.
  • Strong communications skills, able to articulate verbal & written messages derived from provided sales training.
  • Strong discovery and active listening skills required.
  • Experience with Salesforce or related CRM and LinkedIn strongly preferred.
  • Comfort level with prospecting and 'cold calling' potential clients and customers through multiple channels.
  • Proven success setting appointments with C-Suite, VPs, Directors, and other key decision makers.
  • Continuous Learning - actively identify new areas for learning and apply newly gained knowledge on the job.
  • Highly accountable, no drama, and committed to achieving desired results.
