Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in a SaaS environment (required).
  • Proven success hitting or exceeding outbound prospecting and meeting-setting targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience using sales tools such as HubSpot.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
  • Growth mindset, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales cycle.
  • Clearly articulate the value of our SaaS product and how it addresses customer pain points.
  • Research and identify target accounts, decision-makers, and business opportunities within our ICP.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize pipeline growth.
  • Maintain accurate data in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and provide regular pipeline updates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity metrics (calls, emails, demos booked, etc.).
