Our team is dedicated to providing top-tier service, and we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing company. Position: Business Development (Sales) Job Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with property owners, insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral sources to generate new business. Your primary goal is to educate potential clients on our services, drive revenue growth, and support our mission of providing fast and effective restoration solutions. Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours Territory: San Antonio and surrounding area Summary: To promote the services of Paul Davis To build industry relationships Deliver leads and projects to our Mitigation, Contents and Restoration teams. Help people in their time of need

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in Restoration, Construction, or related industry

Nice To Haves

  • Restoration industry experience ideal

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling in a competitive environment
  • Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits
  • Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
  • Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager
  • Attend business networking functions to promote the business
  • Attend community and charitable events
  • Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses
  • Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up
  • Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested
  • Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis
