We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will use creative prospecting methods to identify and qualify potential new opportunities at healthcare facilities. We want to position ourselves as a strategic partner to clients, and that starts with a pleasant initial experience with our sales team.

  • Client prospecting and prospect list management
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Work with marketing to develop campaigns that will drive new leads
  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities
  • Analyze market reports to determine where to seek out new business
  • Establish contact with new business opportunities via various means (e.g., phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Understand our business offerings and work with the Senior Director to develop enticing proposals for prospective clients
  • Coordinate with other key stakeholders (e.g., Marketing) to deliver on the above responsibilities.
  • Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Healthcare/Pharma experience helpful
  • Proven track record of significant revenue growth
  • Ability to establish personal credibility and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
