As an Outbound BDR Intern, you will proactively initiate contact with new leads, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets. You will articulate value propositions and product benefits to enhance the quality of phone interactions, ensuring prospects understand the message clearly. Your role will involve qualifying leads, handling objections, and managing complex sales situations to drive sales success. You will: Initiate contact with new leads without needing external prompts and connect them with Outbound Account Executives. Develop expertise in BambooHR's products to educate clients, maximize value, and deliver quality leads to the Outbound Sales team. Maintain a high volume of cold calls each day, viewing rejection as a learning opportunity. Assist the Outbound team with projects and ongoing process updates as needed. Collaboration with Account Executives and Marketing to shape your territory planning and account strategy. Bring your best, full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no nights or weekends, woohoo!). This will be a paid, full-time internship running from May to August 2026, based in Draper, Utah with a mix of in-office and virtual work.
