About The Position

The Business Development Representative at Triza Home Health Care is responsible for driving marketing and sales initiatives within designated territories, leveraging an existing book of business. This role focuses on establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and referral sources, negotiating service contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The representative will oversee daily marketing operations and contribute to the organization's growth by developing comprehensive marketing plans and achieving budgetary volume projections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in health care marketing management, preferably in home care operations.
  • At least one year of sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
  • Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all daily marketing operations and oversee the implementation of marketing/sales initiatives.
  • Ensure maximum third-party reimbursement through effective negotiation of service contracts with managed care organizations and government agencies.
  • Ensure staff adherence to laws and regulations regarding marketing activities and patient solicitation.
  • Assist in establishing organization volume projections in the annual budget and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Conduct market assessments and develop a comprehensive marketing plan to meet budgetary projections.
  • Employ marketing initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral and payer sources.
  • Negotiate service pricing with insurance Case Managers and other payers.
  • Recruit, select, orient, and manage members of the marketing/sales team.
  • Build and monitor community perceptions of Triza Home Health as a high-quality service provider.
