About The Position

Join our Enterprise Sales team as a Business Development Representative - Large Accounts and drive pipeline creation for companies with 300-3,000 employees! You'll focus on the Large segment (Tech, HCR, Retail, B2B), developing strategic prospection approaches and building relationships with senior stakeholders to fuel Alan's growth.

Requirements

  • Have min. 2 years professional experience (not necessarily pure sales background - we value analytical minds and versatility)
  • Have strong written & verbal communication skills (French native & English)
  • Have strategic prospection skills: Appetite for enterprise accounts, multichannel prospecting, and complex sales cycles
  • Demonstrate analytical excellence: strong strategic thinking, account mapping, and problem-solving abilities
  • Show confidence and resilience: Not easily intimidated, comfortable with heavy workload, and maintains positive attitude through challenges
  • Are highly organized with excellent follow-up skills and CRM proficiency
  • Possess growth mindset: Coachable, curious, and eager to master new tools including AI prospection technology

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Mapping: Deep analysis of target companies (300-3k employees), identifying key contacts and decision-makers across your assigned segments.
  • Quality Prospection: Execute multichannel outreach to book 2-3 high-quality discovery meetings per week through email, LinkedIn, phone, and creative approaches.
  • Understanding and applying the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to ensure prospect experience aligns with Alan's customer experience standards.
  • Meeting Preparation & Support: Preparing meeting materials, actively contributing to meetings with Account Executives, and occasionally leading meetings with non C-level contacts.
  • Relationship Building: Proactively nurture and engage key stakeholders throughout long sales cycles - maintaining regular contact and building trust until an opportunity is opened.
  • Contribute and Own Strategic Team Initiatives: Actively participate in BDR team projects, contribute to sales playbook development, and take ownership of initiatives that improve team performance and processes.
