About The Position

The Business Development Representative at CITON Claims Solutions, LLC is responsible for driving new business development initiatives, enhancing sales strategies, and managing client relationships. This role focuses on creating and implementing strategies to promote CITON's services, while also overseeing business development efforts and ensuring client satisfaction. The representative will engage with potential clients and industry members to foster relationships that lead to new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is required.
  • 5 years of experience in Property and Casualty or other Risk Management, sales, and marketing providing B2B solutions.
  • Experience with onboarding and implementing client projects and processes.
  • Proven track record of success in creating and executing business development strategies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRMs.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with new and existing clients to create new work opportunities for CITON.
  • Develop and lead sales and business strategies for new opportunities.
  • Identify industry trends and strategize on how to capitalize on them.
  • Follow up with clients to gauge satisfaction and assist with post-project reviews.
  • Obtain and track client leads using Hubspot/Marketing CRM systems.
  • Participate in industry associations to enhance CITON's positioning.
  • Develop collateral client relationships to facilitate targeting of potential clients.
  • Prepare and execute business development action plans for specific client targets.
  • Plan and coordinate client events.
  • Lead regularly scheduled business development meetings and provide relevant information to manage activities.
  • Continuously understand CITON's services and strategize on additional value offerings.
  • Provide intelligence to support fee strategy.
  • Build relationships with senior CITON executives to discuss strategies and challenges.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and lead the proposal process, developing win strategies.
  • Prepare the team for presentations and interviews.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of key components of CITON's marketing plan related to business development.
  • Oversee marketing research activities.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with competitive salary range of $63.8K - $80.8K per year.
